Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused diapers in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
